If you give us your software and telecoms invoices, we work out what you are paying for each month that nobody is using. From your invoices, not an estimate.

A call to walk you through it

What matters, what can wait, and what we would do first if it were ours. You can push back on any of it.

Then you decide, and either answer is fine.

If you take the document and fix everything yourself, or hand it to whoever looks after your IT now, that is a good outcome. You are safer than you were, and we would rather be the people who told you than the people who sold you something.

What we need from you

Two things, and about an hour of your time.

  1. A read-only account on your Microsoft tenant

    We can see how things are configured. We cannot change anything, and we do not ask for administrator passwords.

  2. Time on one computer, with you sitting at it

    Signed in as yourself, while we look. Nothing is installed on any of your machines and no configuration is changed at any point.

  3. Optional: your software and telecoms invoices

    Only if you want the spend side of it. This is the part that usually pays for the whole exercise, but the assessment runs fine without it.

Three of the five days are on site. The other two we spend working through what we found and writing it up. If you decide not to go further, there is nothing to unwind.
